Concept:

Once we have the detailed measurements with us, our experienced & professional designing team will immediately start working on the design concept. As per your requirement and our creative design vision, we will come up with a design worthy to be presented to you.

Plan:

Once we are ready with the concepts, we will proceed with the floor plan as well as an estimate for the same. The layouts, options, our perspective as well as the thought process for the plan will be explained thoroughly to you. Once we finalize the layout, we will start working on 3D Visuals.

Design:

Once we get approval from you then our team will create the 3D Visuals which will be explained to you in minute details. Once all the designs are approved, the actual on-site work will begin within the next 7 working days.

Selection:

Once the design is finalized, we would require your coordination for selecting the finishing materials and other collaterals. Our site in-charge will accompany you during this process. We have a set of associated vendors who ensure good quality and best prices in the market.

Build:

Our designer as well as a site supervisor will be available on the site as a representative to check the work quality, material as well as the stock counting. We will check for any existing civil work defects, leakages, damages, etc.

To maintain the transparency in communication, quality & work progress, our assigned site in charge will visit the site every week.

Handover:

Once the site is finished, we take you for a thorough site visit checking each & every minute details of the work done. Once we receive your approval, we handover the site only after thoroughly cleaning the debris, paint stains and other raw materials present at the site in a ready to move state!
